about us
Queens House is perched up in the hills, just a two-minute drive from Sunset Boulevard and only ten minutes from the glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills. This recently renovated property is a force to be reckoned with.
Contemporary mid-century designs master the art of minimalism through the interiors and present a calming space where you can relax after a day enjoying everything the city of Los Angeles has to offer (hiking, shopping, surfing, anything!).
Queens House has been tastefully furnished by a local Danish architect, FABRK Studio, based in Los Angeles and Copenhagen using typical Scandinavian woods accented by Calacatta verdi marble with furniture classics by Jeanneret and other local danish designers.
The sun drenched terrace and the West Hollywood Hills are the perfect place to enjoy a short (or a long) stay in West Hollywood living like a local. Enjoy a coffee down on Melrose place at Alfred’s or Chateau Marmont and come say hello!
A muted colour palette, natural materials, and marble finishings create a cozy feel throughout the home. Set across three floors, you'll find plenty of privacy when staying here, so whether it's a social affair, or blissful moments of solitude that you crave the most, the space is laid out to please everyone.
The 2,200 sq ft house offers 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms staged across three separate levels with a third room staged as an office. Each room offers balcony and hillside views. This is complemented by a large living room with a city view balcony tastefully decorated by danish designers with black boucle furniture, a working fireplace, and large samsung television (including HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc).
The home's two bedrooms are private (one on each floor/level of the house) with separate en suite calacatta marble bathrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a walk-in closet and en suite marble bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower as well as a bidet toilet. The secondary bedroom offers substantial closet space and an en suite marble bathroom with an oversized single sink and a separate walk-in shower.
The house boasts a modern kitchen which connects to a large dining and formal living room with 180 degree open access to a large wooden deck with beautiful views all over LA and the beautiful hills. The home's open kitchen is outfitted with calacatta marble, custom-made wood cabinets, and miele appliances, and includes a casual bar area for less formal dining. The home's living room and dining room boast beautiful Jeanneret seating and newly restored vintage furniture. The kitchen + dining + living room offers oversized sliding doors that open to the beautiful deck with a dining area as well as an eight-person Jacuzzi.
Head out to the rooftop terrace for the best views in the house. With a glass of wine in hand (or make it Champagne), there truly is no spot more perfect than here to take in the balmy colours of the sky as the sun sets for the evening over vibrant LA. It's classic Hollywood here, after all – so the rooftop wouldn't be complete without a bubbling hot tub to unwind in at the day's end. Bliss.
